2000
Limited Liability Partnership Agrofirma TNK commenced its operations in 2000
In November 2000, the Company founded LLP Belagash, LLP Podgornoye-1, Karazhon, LLP and Shunkyrkol, LLP. Agrofirma TNK, LLP acquired the status of a Group of Companies.
2002
In 2002, Zhana-Zhol LLP and Agrostroy-1 LLP were acquired.
2003
In 2003, the TNK Group consolidated Trud, LLP, T.A.Ualiev Sports School, LLP, Urozhai, LLP, AyBat, LLP, and Tsentr-Astyk, LLP.
2004
In 2004, the crop acreage of Zhana-Zhol, LLP increased by the merger of the peasant farm.
2005
In 2005, the public association Independent Trade Union of Agrofirma TNK, LLP was established.
2007
2007 marked the history of the Company with the development, implementation and certification of the Quality Management System complying with the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001. In 2007, all enterprises comprehended in Agrofirma TNK, LLP were certified; following the ST RK ISO 9001-2001 certification of the Quality Management System, additional standard ST RK ISO 22000-2006 Food Safety Management System was implemented.
2008
In 2008, the Accounting Policy developed and implemented for financial and business operations. Transition to IFRS, introduction of the 1C Accounting distributed database. Progress-Zhaksy, LLP converted into Oil Depot, LLP. A consolidated 1C database for all subsidiary LLPs generated. Financial audit by the Big Four KPMG (annual audit).
2009
2009 – AgroComplexExpert, LLP joined the Agrofirma TNK, LLP Group. In Vehicle Monitoring System (GPRS) implemented. Set-up of the in-house local area network (Wimax) and VOIP telephony. Moreover, a campaign was launched to introduce the video surveillance system tied to the single server for viewing video recordings. Since 2009, the Company's financial statements have been audited annually by the KPMG International.
2011
In 2011, Zhaksy trademark officially registered. The same year, the quality management system re-certified for compliance with the ST RK ISO 9001-2009 requirements. The Risk Management Department was established. In 2011, the Company implemented a project for communication cost optimization be means of IP telephony technology.
2013
Since January 2013, the transition to the 1C version 8.2 has been underway. Also in 2013, the business process optimization project was initiated. 2014, plans to certify all 18 LLPs of the Group for compliance with the international standard ISO 9001-2008.
2014
В 2014 году ТОО "Агрофирма TNK" присоединилось к составу участников ТОО "Атбасар Агропродукт" и ТОО "Atbasar Technopark". Сегодня Группа компаний «Агрофирма ТNК» владеет основной долей в уставных капиталах данных предприятий.
2015
The key development in 2015 in Agrofirma TNK, LLP was the launch of the new meat processing facility operated by AyBat, LLP. The range of natural meat products of the Zhaksy brand name includes over 20 items: various sausages, dumplings and cutlets. In the summer of 2015, construction of the new cattle slaughterhouse completed in Novokienka, LLP premises; and the new livestock facility for 450 cattle animals was built at Zhana-Dol, LLP.
2016
Agrofirma TNK, LLP won the Altyn Sapa Award of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the best manufacturer of civilian goods.
2017
Agrofirma TNK, LLP takes first place at the Regional Contest Exhibition The Best Product of Kazakhstan in the Akmola region in the Best Food Products nomination. In 2017, in recognition of its merits, for the first time among the companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Agrofirma TNK, LLP was awarded the special international award Kemel Iskerlik (Business Excellence).
